Can I return or cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
You may also cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods. This applies to all or part of your order; however, we can only accept returns of full boxes or complete sheets of material. Goods that are custom-made or manufactured to a customer’s specification can only be returned if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing fault.
Once you notify us of your intention to return goods, they must be dispatched back to us within 14 days.
Return Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless:
- There is a manufacturing fault,
- The goods are damaged upon arrival, or
- Your original order was shipped without a delivery charge.
We recommend keeping the original packaging to reuse for returns where possible. You are responsible for ensuring the goods remain in good condition while in your possession. Please also refer to clause 6.6 of our terms of sale.

For added security, we recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for the full value of the goods when returning them.
Any items returned that are damaged or not packaged appropriately, in our reasonable opinion, will not be accepted back into stock and will not be eligible for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our products (size, weight, etc.), do not attempt to return any items before contacting us and receiving a valid returns reference. Items returned without a valid reference will not be accepted.
What if my product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault?
We strive to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you encounter an issue, please contact our customer care team on 0191 295 1133. We will arrange a replacement or discuss the return options with you.
How will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving your returned goods, we will inspect them to confirm they are in a suitable condition for resale. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase. While we aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, during busy periods, this may take up to 14 days.
